Principal Accountabilities

Manage and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.Ensure accurate logging, tracking, and resolution of all queries.Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions and support.Maintain query databases and generate periodic reports for management review.Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and ensure follow-up until closure.Identify recurring queries and recommend process improvements for efficiency.Uphold service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation.
