Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking an MEP Project Manager in Fishers, IN to lead project management efforts in construction. Key Responsibilities & Duties



Manage all MEP aspects of construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with specifications and standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.
Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges and implementing solutions to maintain schedules and budgets.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budget analyses.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards, fostering a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout project phases.
Contribute to the firm’s strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and market competitiveness.

Job Requirements



Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in MEP project management; 8 years preferred for advanced proficiency.
Proven expertise in managing MEP systems within construction projects of varying complexity.
Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently, ensuring project success.
Experience with design-build, construction management, and general contracting services is advantageous.
