Our client, an Indian financial conglomerate, is seeking to hire a Managing Director for their Investment Banking business to spearhead the Indian consumer sector business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the consumer sector within the investment banking division.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Deal Execution: Lead the execution of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements.
• Team Management: Mentor and guide junior bankers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and excellence.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the consumer sector.
