Manager-Renewable Energy- Asset Management ( Wind & Solar)

Savita Oil Technologies Ltd is hiring a full-time Manager for Renewable Energy Asset Management in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing solar and wind asset performance, coordinating with teams for maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Renewable Energy Asset Management (Solar & Wind). The role involves managing the performance of solar and wind assets, including monitoring generation data, analyzing trends, and ensuring optimal plant availability and efficiency. The individual will coordinate with operations and maintenance teams, OEMs, and other stakeholders to plan preventive maintenance, resolve technical issues, and minimize downtime.


Responsibilities include tracking regulatory and grid requirements, supporting compliance documentation, and preparing periodic performance and financial reports for internal leadership. The role also includes contributing to long-term asset optimization strategies, budgeting for O&M, and supporting new project evaluations or expansions within the renewable portfolio.


Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
Knowledge of the Energy Industry, particularly renewable sectors such as solar and wind.
Understanding of Power Generation processes and Energy systems, preferably in utility-scale projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related technical field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, grid codes, and safety standards applicable to renewable energy projects.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
