We are seeking an Investment Banking Professional with a focus on venture capital to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. In this role, you will contribute to all stages of deal execution, including identifying new investment opportunities and preparing analytical support for investment proposals.

About the Job:
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to all stages of deal execution, including identifying new investment opportunities, preparing analytical support for investment proposals, and supporting the overall due diligence process.
• Develop financial models to support deal execution and present findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the investment committee to analyze potential investments and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and associated materials required for approval of potential transactions, investments, reporting on investment progress, and discussing portfolio strategy.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable.
• ~3 - 5+ years' related experience or master's degree with 1 year of experience.
• Health care experience preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in investment banking, venture capital, corporate development, or similar experience.
• Experience in financial modeling of financial forecasts, return analyses, capitalization tables, and liquidation waterfalls.
• Must be fluent with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the venture process and investment structuring.
• Must have the ability to work independently and work well with others.
• Excellent communication skills; written, oral, and PowerPoint.
