Key Points

The ED provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the rooftop solar company. This role ensures alignment across all departments to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market leadership in solar solutions.




Job Description / Responsibility

Strategic Leadership : Ensure all companies within the group align with company’s goals and objectives.Coordinate with the Company’s Strategy to ensure execution of long-term growth plans.Coordination of All Departments : Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between departments and subsidiary companies. Monitor departmental performance and resolve interdepartmental issues.Engineering Department Oversight : Ensure engineering projects are aligned with objectives and budgets. Oversee project timelines, technical compliance, and quality standards. Coordinate resource planning and technical reporting.Accounts & Finance Coordination : Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and cost control. Ensure timely financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Review cash flow management, capital expenditures, and project financing.Work closely with Accounts to optimize profitability and financial sustainability.Procurement & Supply Chain Management : Oversee procurement strategies and vendor management. Ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with engineering requirements. Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.Cost Control & Production : Responsible for ensuring factory operations are efficient, safe, and cost-effective, while upholding quality standards and adhering to budgets. Stakeholder & External Relations : Represent the Group in high-level negotiations and partnerships. Coordinate with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders. Support investor relations and corporate communications.


Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International BusinessBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or related field (MBA preferred).


Experience Requirements

At least 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Multinational Companies, Power


Additional Requirements

10–15+ years of leadership experience, ideally in renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of rooftop solar systems, policies, and financing mechanisms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
