Voltage LLC is hiring an Events and Marketing Specialist to manage B2B marketing initiatives, including industry events and trade shows, aimed at pipeline generation and customer engagement. The role involves planning event strategies, managing logistics, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in B2B environments. The position is full-time and based at the company's headquarters in Timberlake, NC.
Location: Headquarters Location: Timberlake, NC (onsite) Schedule: Full-time | ExemptAbout the RoleVoltage is seeking a high-energy Event Marketing Specialist to drive impactful, sales‑aligned marketing experiences across our growing B2B business. In this role, you will design and execute industry events, trade shows, and account‑based programs that directly support pipeline generation and customer engagement. You will play a key role in connecting Voltage’s technical innovation with EPCs, developers, and utilities through strategic, data‑driven marketing initiatives.What You’ll DoOwn and manage the annual event calendar and budget aligned with sales pipeline and product launches.Plan and execute end‑to‑end event marketing strategies, including audience targeting, campaigns, and content development.Lead all event logistics including vendor coordination, booth management, shipping, and on‑site execution.Manage pre‑event promotion across email, digital, and social channels.Oversee post‑event follow‑up including CRM lead management, reporting, and sales handoff.Design and execute email marketing (EDM) campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.Develop segmented audience strategies and targeted outreach across customer types.Support account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives in collaboration with Sales teams.Track and report on marketing performance metrics including pipeline contribution and campaign effectiveness.Create event‑related content including recap materials, social posts, and customer‑facing messaging.Build relationships with industry associations, media partners, and event stakeholders.Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and messaging accuracy.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or related roles.Proven experience managing both large‑scale trade shows and targeted customer events.Experience marketing technical or hardware products in a B2B environment required.Background in renewable energy, industrial, or deep‑tech industries preferred.Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing tools (Hub Spot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar).Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.Experience with ABM strategies and demand generation campaigns.Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.Why Join Us?Play a key role in driving pipeline through high‑impact marketing initiatives.Work at the intersection of technical innovation and market engagement.Join a growing team shaping the future of renewable energy solutions.Additional InformationApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The Company will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa, including without limitation, H‑1B, O‑1, E‑3, TN status, or I‑485 job portability or similar immigration processes.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity, fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees thrive.About VoltageVoltage is a fast‑growing company in the renewable energy industry, specializing in innovative electrical balance of system (EBOS) solutions for utility‑scale solar projects.
