Join Our Sustainability Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Professional to join our sustainability team. As a Project Management Manager, you will lead key initiatives in Private Brands, Global Sourcing, and Merchandising to develop and embed social and environmental sustainability strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with our business objectives and values.
• Collaborate with merchants and suppliers to integrate sustainable practices into the supply chain.
• Identify and assess sustainability risks and opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into business processes.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations OR 7 years' experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations.
