Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Shirley Parsons Ltd is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety Manager for their Albuquerque, NM manufacturing site. The role involves developing and implementing safety programs, managing EHS compliance, conducting training, and leading a team of EHS professionals. Candidates should have over 4 years of relevant experience and knowledge of OSHA regulations. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position with relocation assistance available.
A manufacturing company is looking for an EHS Manager who will be tasked with developing, managing, and implementing all appropriate safety programs and environmental regulatory compliance according to company and relevant regulatory guidelines. This is an onsite position in the greater Albuquerque area - relocation assistance can be provided, but this is a 100% onsite position.

The Role:

Develop, manage, and implement appropriate health and safety procedures in accordance with federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.

Develop, manage, and implement EHS programs such as LOTO, Process Safety Management (PSM), Hazard Communication, Emergency Response, Fall Protection, Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation, etc.

Develop and conduct education and training on EHS principles

Participate in detailed incident investigation teams to determine root causes and corrective and preventive actions.

Lead and directly manage a team of EHS professionals.

The Candidate:

4+ years of leading, developing, implementing, and managing health and safety programs in a manufacturing or R&D environment for 200+ employees previously. Start-up experience preferred.

Exposure to Process Safety Management (PSM) required.

Energetic, passionate, and agile relationship builder.

Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local OSHA regulations.

CSP/GSP/ASP or other industry-leading certifications preferred.
