Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Real Estate works closely with the Development Team to oversee the development and management of real estate assets for PureSky's renewable energy portfolio. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy infrastructure and real estate matters, as well as a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all Real Estate efforts for project financing and tax equity processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of real estate related documentation.
• Coordinate efforts among landowners, attorneys, surveyors, utilities, title companies, and other key project stakeholders to resolve complex real estate issues and ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and manage budgets and timelines for real estate project deliverables, prioritizing on-time and on-budget project completion.
• Negotiate land agreements and manage real estate transactions to secure favorable terms for the company.
• Review site control documents, title commitments, ALTA surveys, and Phase 1 ESAs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Oversee the work of real estate team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive continuous improvement and excellence in real estate management.
• Represent the company in public forums, such as town hall meetings, zoning hearings, and community events, to address real estate concerns and promote project objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, innovations, and emerging technologies to drive continual improvement in real estate management processes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of projects and maximize business value.
Requirements
• Proven track record in energy infrastructure and real estate matters, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Passion for renewable energy and commitment to sustainability, with expertise in solar, wind, battery storage project applications preferred.
• Advanced degree in real estate, business, finance, energy, law, or related discipline, with graduate degree preferred.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a team of subject matter experts, providing guidance and support to drive exceptional results.
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to review and analyze complex legal contracts and documents.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally to project locations.
Certifications and Qualifications
• AAPL active member (RL, RPL, CPL preferred AAPL certification).
• Active Notary license.
• Participation in relevant industry associations, such as Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).
Benefits
