Electrician, Solar Battery

1Solar is seeking a full-time Electrician specializing in Solar Battery systems in Utah. Responsibilities include interpreting schematics, testing electrical circuits, installing low-voltage components, and maintaining records. Candidates should have experience as a solar battery electrician or hold a Journeyman License, with strong mechanical skills and attention to detail. The position offers a salary between $70,000 and $110,000 and includes benefits like health insurance and paid time off.
Job Duties:
• Interpret and work from electrical and mechanical schematics to ensure proper installation and repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to test electrical circuits, system performance, and ensure safe, optimal operation.
• Apply mechanical skills to assist with the integration and installation of components related to battery storage and energy systems.
• Install, and troubleshoot low-voltage electrical components related to battery and storage systems.
• Maintain accurate records using relevant software and tools.
• Manage time effectively ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet high standards of quality and safety.

Experience
• Previous experience as a solar battery electrician OR Journeyman License
• Proven experience working with low voltage electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with schematics and the ability to use them to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
• Experience with ohmmeters and voltmeters and the ability to use them to test electrical systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
