Solar Topps is seeking an Electrical Install Lead to grow their career in the solar field. An ideal candidate has experience working with main panels, electrical boxes, and the downstairs components of solar systems. This position does not manage the full install of the home, or require any management of a team to meet deadlines. We have our teams broken up where we have a position specifically to install the boxes and conduit/wiring, and does not require any time on the roofs for roughing or install.
