Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Presentation of creative concepts and ideas to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new creative techniques and technologies into the team's work.
• Mentorship and guidance to junior designers and creative staff, helping them grow in their roles.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar leadership role in a creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative expertise in branding, advertising, and design.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
