Role Description The Compliance & Sustainability Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance and sustainability policies aligned with local regulations, international standards, and company objectives.


Day-to-day tasks include conducting compliance audits, assessing environmental and social impacts, preparing reports and documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The manager will track sustainability performance metrics, recommend improvements in resource efficiency and waste reduction, and support certifications or external assessments. The role also involves training team members on compliance and sustainability practices, managing risk mitigation plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates should have prior experience in compliance, ESG, or sustainability roles within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Candidates should demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on-site in Ahmedabad.
