Ecosys.Earth is seeking a Co-Founder / CTO based in Bengaluru to lead the development of distributed biochar carbon removal infrastructure in rural India. The role focuses on building reliable physical systems and requires expertise in IoT, telemetry, and hardware-software integration. Candidates should possess systems thinking and engineering discipline, with a long-term mindset. This position emphasizes collaboration and field integration, making a Bangalore presence essential.
We are looking for a Co-Founder / CTO for Ecosys. Bangalore-based only.


This is not a conventional SaaS role.


We are building distributed biochar carbon removal infrastructure in rural India - integrating reactors, sensors, telemetry, and continuous dMRV systems to create audit-grade carbon and ecosystem credits at village scale.


The problem is not “building an app.” The problem is building institutional trust in distributed physical systems.


We are looking for someone who understands some combination of:

Experience in climate or carbon markets is not necessary.
