We are Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, recruiting a Climate Specialist based in our Send branch. You will be expected to drive day-to-day sales performance and deliver all branch KPIs across our Climate product range, while growing new business opportunities and maximising sales with strong cost awareness. You will provide outstanding customer service and act as a trusted technical expert for Climate solutions, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support wider business development. Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence within the branch is part of the role.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

A successful Climate Specialist will have proven sales experience with solid knowledge of Climate products and solutions. We want someone with a proactive, commercially minded approach who can balance sales targets and operational needs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams are essential. You should be confident in handling technical queries and providing clear, accurate product guidance, and have a passion for driving growth, delivering great service and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
