What You’ll Do
As a Safety Apprentice, you’ll gain first-hand experience identifying risks, improving processes, and supporting a culture of safety - all while working alongside experienced safety professionals.


You’ll be based on-site within our operations, seeing how people and equipment interact and spotting potential hazards before they occur. You’ll build a deep understanding of how every process, task, and machine works and think creatively about how to make operations safer.


During your apprenticeship, you’ll learn how to:


Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety auditsAnalyse safety data and report on key metricsUnderstand health, safety, and compliance regulations in a fast-moving operational environmentDesign and implement proactive safety improvementsDevelop communication skills to advise colleagues and guide safe working practicesRespond quickly and effectively to emerging safety challenges
