Residential HVAC Installer apprentice / journeyman wanted

Pay: $22 - $40 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:


● Complete residential HVAC installations, replacements, and system change-outs


● Install HVAC equipment according to company standards and manufacturer specifications


● Perform equipment setup, connections, start-ups, and system testing


● Install and connect HVAC components including refrigerant lines, ductwork, thermostats, and accessories


● Maintain clean and professional job sites while protecting customer homes


● Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members


● Ensure each installation meets quality and safety expectations


● Keep tools and work areas organized


Qualifications:


● 1+ year of residential HVAC installation experience preferred


● Experience with HVAC replacements, change-outs, and new construction installations


● Knowledge of HVAC installation procedures and equipment


● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


● Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions


● Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders


● Ability to use common HVAC hand tools and power tools


● Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
