We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base, drive revenue, and strengthen our market presence in Singapore.

Job Summary

We seek a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, increase revenue, and enhance market presence in Singapore’s environmental services sector.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals to grow client basePrepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and service packages that meet client needsManage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring timely follow-up and conversionBuild and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and upselling opportunitiesConduct site surveys and needs assessments at prospective client locations to tailor solutions effectivelyCollaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clientsTrack and report sales pipeline, activity metrics, and revenue targets to support business goalsSupport preparation of tender submissions and government procurement bids to secure contractsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunitiesPreferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in environmental services, facilities management, or B2B sales is an advantage but not mandatoryProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plusValid Class 3 driving licence preferredOther Information
