ESD Manager

BUILDING SYSTEM AND DIAGNOSTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an ESD Manager in Singapore to lead Environmental Sustainable Design consultancy projects. Responsibilities include managing Green Mark certification processes, ensuring project profitability, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have a degree in a related field, professional certifications, and at least 5 years of experience in green building consulting. Lead and manage Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) consultancy projects in Singapore, overseeing Green Mark certification delivery from design to post-TOP verification, while ensuring project profitability, quality, and client satisfaction. You will be working with a young and dynamic team and look forward to a learning curve which will polish your project management skill and understanding of Green/ Sustainability Certification and standard.


Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Green Mark projects from post-design assessment stage: TOP to final certification (Green Mark Stage 1 and stage 2 verifications)Ensure projects achieve targeted Green Mark ratings within timelineOversee post-assessment phase and ensure closure of all outstanding creditsEnergy review, optimisation and verification (ACMV knowledge)Act as main point-of-contact with clients, consultants, contractors, and BCA. Maintain good relations across different stakeholders (i.e M&E, Architect etc)Lead coordination for TOP readiness and Green Mark verification inspectionsReview and approve Green Mark submissions, ES reports, and technical documentationProvide strategic sustainability and design advice to achieve certification targetsManage project timelines, deliverables, and team resources across multiple projectsMonitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful deliveryConduct site inspections and ensure works comply with sustainability design intent

Requirements:

Post-diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Project/ Facility Management or related field.Professional certification such as GMAP/ GMAAPAt least 5 years of working experience in green building consultingIn-depth knowledge of green building certificationsStrong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.Competitive salary, depending on experience
