Wastewater Treatment Operator

Woodard & Curran is hiring a Wastewater Treatment Operator in Hull, MA. This full-time role involves facility operations and maintenance at a wastewater treatment plant undergoing upgrades. Operators will work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with rotating weekends and on-call duties. The Hull, Massachusetts wastewater treatment facility is undergoing a comprehensive upgrade that will make it able to handle anything that the New England weather and seasonal population can throw at it. Each day presents different challenges and learning opportunities as we strive to maintain compliance and produce the highest quality effluent for Hull while upgrades happen concurrently. In this Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator/ Mechanic role, you will be directly involved with Facility Operations and general maintenance of equipment at the Hull Wastewater Treatment Facility. Work is performed in a safe and professional manner by following established safety, operating, and emergency response procedures.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, with rotating weekends, and be a part of the on-call operator rotation. In addition, operators will be required to respond to any emergency situations and work in inclement weather as needed.
