Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Biodele, your role is crucial in driving sales growth for sustainable packaging solutions in Bengaluru city. You will be targeting three key customer segments: Supply Chain Partners, Food Service Establishments, and Institutional Clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving sales growth and achieving targets across all customer segments through B2B Distribution, B2B Direct, and B2B Enterprise approaches
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities by conducting regular field visits
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates
- Submitting daily field visit reports and adhering to company SOPs for all field operations
- Developing targeted proposals tailored to different customer segments

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the food packaging, disposables, or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and expanding client base
- Fluency in English and Marathi is mandatory
- Ownership of a motorcycle/scooter for field visits and a laptop
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, TeleCRM, and Zoho CRM
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Based in Mumbai with the flexibility to travel across Maharashtra
