About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager II to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Project Manager II, you will be responsible for leading medium to large-sized projects with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Your primary goal will be to ensure project success by maintaining a superior client experience, high colleague engagement, and achieving financial sustainability targets.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop project scope statements, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management elements. You will also be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain clear knowledge of Heapy Corporate Vision, Mission, and Core Values and demonstrate awareness of how those objectives relate to all position responsibilities.
• Continually advance technical education and personal development aligned with OKRI goals.
• Guide Heapy service delivery consistent with the appropriate service operating procedures and the identified milestones.
• Participate in project costing and bid preparation to the extent required.
• Reviews assigned project(s) after award to Heapy to define project scope, determine work procedures/sequences, and develop schedules, budgets, resource planning, client communication plan, and progress billing points.
