Your Team ResponsibilitiesMSCI is seeking a Sustainability & Climate Client Specialist to join the New York office. As Client Specialist you will be part of a team that is a leading provider of Sustainability & Climate data and research to institutional investors globally. In this role you will be managing relationships for a territory of clients that span some of the world’s largest financial institutions. You will learn MSCI Sustainability & Climate products and the client’s line of businesses and investment processes to guide them in leveraging our products across asset classes, to bring that knowledge together to provide insight and best practices to those organizations. As the Client Specialist your performance will be based on a combination of factors including account renewal rates, proactive management and client communication, contract value growth and pre-sales activities in cooperation with the sales and client service teams. After a client has begun using MSCI products, the Client Specialist manages the client experience and promotes adoption of subscribed solutions.
