Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Resource Attorney for the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice in Short Hills, NJ. DutiesDevelop and update the EGVC practice's corporate resource plan.Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and checklists.Communicate relevant legal and market developments.Analyze market trends and experience data.Enhance collaboration across attorneys and offices.Improve workflows and matter management processes.Utilize technology for efficiency, including AI tools.Design and deliver training programs.Draft client alerts and practice updates.Collaborate with various internal teams.Promote tools and resources within the Corporate Department.Participate in practice meetings to share best practices.Perform other duties as requested, including occasional travel.RequirementsExperience as a Corporate attorney, ideally with EGVC experience.Understanding of attorney workflows and resource needs.Advanced legal drafting and research skills.Project management skills and process improvement ability.Interest in practice support and technology.Familiarity with legal technologies is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.EducationJ.D.CertificationsAdmission to practice in the state of office location.SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in legal technologies and data analytics.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.
