About the role- We are looking for sharp, quick-on-their-feet Investor Relations Fellow to support our Investor Relations function at a Venture Capital fund focused on the Energy Transition sector. This fellowship is designed for early-career professionals and pre-MBA candidates who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to fundraising, investor engagement, data management, and LP research within the VC ecosystem.


The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct interaction with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance.


Key Responsibilities-


Support fundraising activities including investor outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management with Limited Partners (LPs)


Assist in CRM development, maintenance, and data hygiene for investor databases


Build and manage investor databases, contact lists, and outreach trackers


Conduct LP research and profiling to support fundraising and investor engagement strategies


Coordinate and execute investor events, meetings, demo days, and programs


Create and update investor collaterals such as pitch decks, teasers, data rooms, and reports by integrating information from multiple sources


Support information integration and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely updates to internal and external stakeholders


Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on investor-related initiatives


Key Requirements-


1 year of experience in roles such as Analyst, Data Management, Sales Support, or similar


Hands-on proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)


Experience or exposure to
Sales support and/or fundraising activities
CRM tools and database management


Investor or client relationship management


Prior experience in event coordination, program management, or stakeholder engagement


Strong research, documentation, and presentation skills


Pre-MBA candidates strongly preferred


Basic understanding of Venture Capital and the Energy Transition / Climate / Sustainability sector
