Responsibilities



Educate Customers: Provide detailed information about community solar solutions and their benefits.Guide Enrollment: Assist customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand all requirements and benefits.Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Promote Green Energy: Advocate for and educate customers about the benefits of green energy and sustainability.Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology.

Qualifications

Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in promoting green energy and sustainability initiatives.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
