O&M Engineer

Goldwind is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Engineer in Sindh, Pakistan. The role involves performing O&M services for wind turbine generators, troubleshooting issues, conducting maintenance, analyzing operation data, and managing customer communications. Responsibilities include on-site inspections, record keeping, and compliance with health and safety requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required. This is a full-time, entry-level contract position.
Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Engineer Goldwind

Position Overview Carry out O&M service of the WTG in accordance with project schedule and the standard of company specifications, including troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, retrofit, inspection, and providing operation reports to customers and companies.

Key Responsibilities Carry out the O&M service of the WTG in accordance with project schedule and to the standard of company specifications. Implement the operation and maintenance service. Swiftly respond to issues and conduct troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, and software issues as well as component replacement, ensuring project continuity. Complete defect‑elimination tasks. Analyze wind turbine operation data to ensure smooth operation. Proactively contact customers regarding completed and upcoming service and repairs. Implement pre‑COD services such as completion checklist review, manual review, etc. Implement post‑COD services such as inspection of wind turbine and non‑scheduled maintenance. Responsible for the inspection of installation company on site. Manage warehouse by ordering materials, tools, and spare parts when needed. Perform record keeping and administrative work. Complete other tasks assigned by the company. Comply with the HSE requirements of the company, identify and report hazards, report HSE incidents timely and truthfully, and participate in activities organized by department and company HSE team.
