We are looking for an Esthetician for the Metropolitan and/or SouthPark locations who specialize in facials to deliver outstanding service for clients and lead our awesome team.


Qualifications:



Must be a Licensed Esthetician in North Carolina
Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations
Able to work flexible days, hours, and weekends
Educate associates and train estheticians on new services on a regular basis. Support other training related tasks and projects as required
Willingness to meet and help coach estheticians on service/retail goals
Work closely with management to ensure brand consistency
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic
Must have at least 1 year sales/esthetics experience. Experience in training peers is a plus.

**We are looking for an Esthetician to serve each location- Metropolitan and SouthPark.


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
