Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Hardscape Installer to take the lead on hardscape installations, working alongside and directing a crew to complete a variety of outdoor projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of hardscapes and ensuring that each project meets TerraGreen’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This is a hands-on role where you will be directly involved in creating outdoor spaces, while leading the crew to ensure efficient, high-quality work.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hardscape installation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead and motivate a crew while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
• Lead the installation of hardscapes, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor structures, with the assistance of a crew.
• Ensure that all installations are completed to TerraGreen’s high-quality standards and within project timelines.
• Supervise and guide crew members to ensure efficient and effective work on-site.
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including mini excavators, skid steers, and other tools as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in hardscape installation is required.
• Ability to lead and manage a crew on-site.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, and other machinery.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also leading the installation process.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
