Junior Green Accredited Professional

Hire Resolve is seeking a Junior Green Accredited Professional in Johannesburg, South Africa, to support sustainable building initiatives and ensure compliance with Green Star and EDGE certification standards. Responsibilities include overseeing certification processes, conducting audits and inspections, coordinating with consultants, and preparing submission packs. Candidates should have a BSc in Sciences, Engineering, or Construction, a valid driver's license, and at least 2 years of experience in green building.
We are seeking a motivated Junior Green Accredited Professional to support sustainable building initiatives and ensure compliance with Green Star and EDGE certification standards. The ideal candidate will assist with the certification process, audits, inspections, and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the green building certification process, ensuring all documents are in order and submissions are trackedLead post-construction audits and inspectionsConduct site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with green building standardsCoordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and auditorsReport on progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actionsEnsure building projects meet certification requirementsPrepare submission packs, including required documents and plans, for the auditorAct as EDGE Expert and review the logic of consultant submissionsQualifications & Experience

BSc Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or ConstructionValid Driver’s LicenseMinimum 2 years working experienceExperience working on at least 1 Green Star certified buildingGBCSA Green Star AP & IFC EDGE Expert accreditationHow To Apply:
