Your Main TasksInvestment
diligence
assessment Support
Independent research on various markets
technologies and investment opportunities
Providing transaction support to senior team members on transactions
including support on desk and on
site diligence
financial analysis and transaction closure
Initial screening of company financials and credit memos
Vetting against audited financials
identifying information gaps
Transaction Execution Support
Ensure accuracy
enter data and decisions in credit systems
periodic update of databases with external data
generation of internal credit reports
Completeness checks
collateral administration
investee compliance with covenants
conditions and terms
and provide data quality assurance services
Creating tools and dashboards for the business
Supporting on FrontPM and PowerBI related tasks
Your Experience And SkillsPost Graduate degree in economics
finance
mathematics or a related field from a top institution
CA qualification is a strong plus
Knowledge of financial markets
banking and the analysis
accounting and reporting of financial data
Advanced excel skills
including but not limited to VBA
Macros
Self
motivated and able to work independently with a strong work ethic
eager to learn
detail oriented with good organizational and interpersonal skills
Very good oral and written communication skills in English
additional languages are a plus
