Job Description
Dartmouth Partners is seeking an Investment Analyst - Real Estate in Chicago, IL, with around 2 years of experience in real estate finance or related fields. The role involves supporting global transactions, conducting market research, and aiding investment decisions. Candidates should be motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, with a strong interest in commercial real estate. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $100K–$140K.
We’re looking for an Analyst with ~2 years of experience in real estate finance, banking, or institutional asset management. In this role, you’ll support global real estate transactions, conduct market research, and assist in investment decision-making. You’ll gain direct exposure to senior leaders and work independently on high-impact projects. Ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and interest in commercial real estate is a must.
