Head Of Operations ( Solar )

The Head of Operations (Solar) at First Source Energy India, based in Indore, will oversee the efficiency of solar projects, ensure timely generation of Joint Meter Readings, monitor operational contracts, and conduct site performance audits. Responsibilities include guiding the team on maintenance, finalizing spares plans, and establishing a control room for solar projects. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirement.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring efficient operations of the company s solar projects including better than budgeted system availability and PLFs
Responsible for on time generation of Joint Meter Readings (JMRs) / Generation Credit Notes in line with the contractual timelines for each project


Monitoring and control of OM contracts for the company s various solar plants including compliance with scheduled OM


Monitoring of the company s solar plants- performance and charting out preventive and predictive maintenance for the ensuring better than budgeted performance


Guide the team on project breakdown maintenance, undertaking root cause analysis, reviewing contractor root cause analysis and finalising preventive measures


Undertaking audits for site performance including annual review of OM contractor performance and providing periodic inputs for the MIS


Finalising the spares plan for each site and ensuring availability of critical spares at site


Establishing and operating the control room at the HO for the company s solar projects
