Green Building Associate

Green Sketch Consultants is seeking a Green Building Associate in Nadiad, Gujarat, India. The role involves client coordination, design reviews, simulations, and documentation for Green Building Certifications like IGBC and LEED. Candidates should have degrees in relevant fields and knowledge of AutoCAD. Willingness to travel is required, with one to two trips out of Chennai monthly. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Who are we?
We, Green Sketch Consultants, are an established Green building consulting firm. We work with projects to help them achieve their goals for Green Building Certifications like IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, etc. Some of the prestigious projects we have worked on include, Command control centre for Greater Chennai Corporation, HAL Helicopter Factory, JIPMER, Capita Land Chennai & Bengaluru, VIT, etc. Our projects are spread all over India, Bangladesh and the UAE.
Our day to day work involves client coordination, design reviews to add value on sustainability, simulations including Energy, Daylight, Shading, etc. Consolidation of documentation, Submissions and co-ordinations with rating agencies, etc.
We are a small firm of about 10 people located in OMR, Thoraipakkam, Chennai. We have a simple and flexible work environment and focus on quality of work and real sustainable value addition.

Key Skills we are looking for?
We are looking for professionals interested in working in this area. Options are open for

B.Arch/ M.Arch/

B.E/M.E/

B.Tech/M.Tech/ M.S (civil, mech, elec, Env) graduates.
Freshers and experienced, both are welcome.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.

Willingness to travel is a must. Expect one to two trips out of Chennai in a month.
If you are an IGBC AP / GRIHA CP / LEED GA or AP then it is a plus.

Your Role
Depending on your experience, the role you take on may vary, but we expect anyone who joins to be capable of working on all aspects of a project as detailed above. Key tasks would be

· Client coordination

· Simulations

· Site visits

· Various calculations

· Collection of Documents

· Consolidation and Preparation of various documentation into formats as required by Rating agency

· Coordination with Rating agency- IGBC LEED GRIHA EDGE
