Big Wave Roofing & Solar LLC is hiring a Field Marketer in Phoenixville, PA. This full-time role involves educating homeowners about solar benefits and scheduling consultations. The position offers a competitive compensation package with training pay and earning potential up to $250,000 annually. No experience is required, and training will be provided. Field Marketing Representative / Appointment Setter

Big Wave Roofing & Solar – New Jersey & Pennsylvania

TRAINING COMPENSATION

-2 weeks of training paid hourly ($16 per hr earned upon completion of 2 week training period)

FULL TEAM MEMBER COMPENSATION

-$200 per qualified sit whether customer buys or not

-$500 per qualified sale At contract signing no claw backs

-$100 per KW on system install (10KW system yields $1000) on top of previous sit and sale pay

As a Field Marketer for Big Wave Roofing and Solar you'll be on the front lines of clean energy, speaking to homeowners about the possible benefits of going Solar and potentially saving a boat load on electric bill costs. You'll be trained under our esteemed training director along with your new found co workers in a classroom setting to intimately learn the pitch and the mannerisms of the job and potentially make new friends to travel and work alongside.
