Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.\n\nPerform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in patient rooms, offices, and public areas.\n\nAdhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.\n\nHandle and dispose of hazardous materials according to established procedures.\n\nRestock supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate availability for staff and patients.\n\nReport any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department.\n\nAssist with patient room turnovers and preparations for new admissions.\n\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.\n\nRespond to urgent cleaning requests and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the facility.\n\nMaintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients, families, and fellow staff members.\n\nContinuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest ways to streamline processes and increase efficiency.\n\nAttend training sessions and stay updated on healthcare regulations and protocols related to environmental services.\n\nMaintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.\n\nFollow established protocols for waste management and participate in recycling initiatives.\n\nEnsure all equipment and cleaning supplies are properly maintained and stored.\n\nAssist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Environmental Services Manager.
