Job Overview:
The Senior Sustainability Manager position at ASM Global offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's sustainability efforts. This role involves developing and executing venue sustainability programs, including resource recovery and material circularity initiatives, as well as collaborating with various departments to integrate sustainability into operations.

Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and participating in pre-meetings with clients to discuss sustainability initiatives
- Deploying sustainability communication and engagement assets for venue orientation trainings
- Providing regular updates to staff on progress and recognition opportunities
- Collaborating with venue departments to integrate sustainability into operations
- Overseeing Green Team and Green Events, such as Earth Day and America's Recycle Day
- Designing a comprehensive zero waste plan for LACC with actionable goals and tracking systems
- Analyzing existing infrastructure and waste flows to identify areas for improvement
- Managing teams and ensuring compliance during events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Event Coordination, or related field
- 3 years of experience in sustainability or related field
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
