Job Description:

This immersive experience includes hands-on technical training, mentorship, and leadership development, and a capstone project in the second year, tailored to align with participants’ educational backgrounds and career interests. The capstone project allows fellows to identify and propose solutions to operational challenges, culminating in a presentation to MES leadership.
Fellows will also gain insight into the administrative aspects of MES operations, including safety and compliance, procurement, and finance. Through executive leadership exposure and professional development opportunities, this program prepares participants for potential future roles within MES.
