Farm Fresh To You is seeking Direct Sales Representatives in Los Angeles for their organic farm collective. This full-time role involves community engagement and signing up new participants for farm-to-table services. Ideal candidates should have a passion for sustainability and basic computer skills. Our team of environmentally conscious food system activists is seeking talented individuals to become part of our growing organization. The Direct Sales Representative position is an ideal fit for those in the industry who are looking for a Full-Time income and work week to support their careers with a schedule well-suited to the lifestyle and demands of an aspiring or working actor.


Our organic farm, founded in 1976 has since evolved into a collective of over 40 direct sustainable, organic partner farms throughout California and we are currently looking for a few select representatives to join our Outside Sales team as we are navigating unprecedented growth for our company to meet the current public demand for our nutritionally-dense produce during.

Please note:


This is a 5 day a week position with Full Benefits including Medical, Dental and 401(k). Interested applicants should include their resume listing any relevant experience in Outside Sales and sustainable leadership or nutrition.


Essential Responsibilities:


· Community engagement


· Signing up new participants for our farm to table service


· Effective communication skills


· Direct to Consumer Partnership Sourcing


Requirements:


· Passion for the environment, sustainability and the farm to fork movement


· Basic computer skills (Word, Spreadsheets, Outlook)


· Intelligence, character, coachability/willingness to learn


· Career-oriented


Bonus:


· 4 year or professional degree


· Experience in Health, Wellness and Nutrition


· Working knowledge of our food system, sustainability and environmental impact


· Tech savvy (having your own laptop is a plus but not a requirement)


This position offers:


· The pay range for this position is expected to be between $31,200 and $88,500/yr including commission earnings. Actual commission earnings vary based on individual sales performance.
