The American Red Cross is hiring a Disaster Program Manager in Nashville, TN, to lead disaster relief efforts. Provide guidance and support to volunteers and staff during disaster relief operations.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all disaster response activities and resources utilized.
Collaborate with other departments within the American Red Cross to support overall organizational goals and objectives.
Stay current on disaster management best practices and trends, and incorporate new strategies into disaster relief efforts.
Represent the American Red Cross at local and regional meetings and events related to disaster management.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during disaster response operations.
Uphold the values and mission of the American Red Cross in all aspects of the job.
Serve as a role model for volunteers and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
Other duties as assigned by the organization.
