Role Overview
The Business Development Representative will expand U.S. sales, connecting clients with technology that improves environmental outcomes. This role focuses on identifying new business, building long-term relationships, and driving adoption across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers in target sectors such as oil & gas, industrial operations, and agriculture.
Identify and close new business using consultative sales approaches.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive positioning.
Deliver effective proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Travel within the U.S., with limited international travel.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (Environmental or Technical background preferred).
5+ years of B2B sales experience in environmental, industrial, or related sectors.
Proven success exceeding sales targets in the Environmental remediation space.
Experience with technology-driven or IoT solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
