Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)

This firm is expanding its Transactions Team and seeking a Manager/Director to lead Sell-Side operations, working directly with developers & IPPs to source deals and guide them through financing.

Professional Experience:
• Project Finance / Structured Finance experience (Associate, Director, or VP level)
• Background in Renewable Energy, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
• Ability to Drive Deals & Build Relationships – not just execution; this role requires outreach and business development
