Job Description
Ground Zero is seeking a Coordinator for Impact Assessment in Mumbai, requiring 2-4 years of experience in program analysis and data reporting. The role involves tracking project progress, managing data, designing evaluations, analyzing results, and communicating findings to stakeholders. Candidates should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The position is full-time with a salary of up to 10 LPA.

About Role:
We are looking for someone who understand the effectiveness and can analyze the programs by tracking progress, analyzing data, and reporting on results. You'll work with teams and partners to measure the impact of their work and provide insights for improvements.
Key Duties:
• Track Progress: Monitor project data to see if programs are meeting their goals.
• Manage Data: Keep a central, accurate database of program results.
• Design Evaluations: Help create plans to measure program impact using surveys, interviews, and other methods.
• Analyze Data: Use statistical and qualitative methods to understand program effectiveness.
• Report Findings: Create clear reports summarizing data and providing recommendations.
• Communicate Results: Update dashboards and share key findings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure assessments meet everyone's needs.
• Gather Feedback: Engage with stakeholders to collect insights for improving programs.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, economics, statistics).
• 2-4 years of experience in impact assessment, monitoring, and data analysis, ideally in social development.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS).
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of qualitative research methods is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong work ethic.
