Responsibilities & Context
CBSG is seeking multiples qualified consultants on intermittent basis to take part in the program evaluation of a locally led development program. This program focused on environmental conservation, livelihoods, and community capacity building. Candidate will have responsibilities as follows:




Natural Resources Management (NRM) Specialist: Provide technical expertise on environmental conservation, natural resource management, and community engagement.




Livelihood Development Specialist: Evaluation of livelihood interventions aimed at reducing dependency on natural resources and enhancing income-generating activities for communities.




Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Specialist: Support the evaluation of GESI considerations, ensuring the inclusion of women, youth, and marginalized groups in program interventions.




Qualifications:




Each candidate must have relevant advanced academic degree in respective discipline (preferably in Environmental Science, Economics/Statistics/ Business administration and Gender Studies).




Candidate having Ph.D. will get preference.




At least 10 years of experience in evaluating of USAID/FCDO funded projects in respective position·




Familiarity with locally led development and localization approaches.




Strong communication and reporting skills in English
