COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

Salary $90-$120k BOE

Multi-state law firm seeking Commercial Real Estate Attorney... MUST be licensed in Georgia... ideally located near Fayetteville, GA or Kennesaw, GA, but open to remote for the right individual.

Daily Responsibilities:
• Drafting and Reviewing Contracts
• Title Review
• Compliance and Regulatory Matters
• Legal Research and Analysis
• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and assess legal risks associated with transactions.
• Preparation of closing documents and loan documents

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school... bar license in Georgia
• 5+ years (negotiable) of experience as a Commercial Attorney, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, contracts, and business transactions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide practical legal advice.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
