A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join Norton Rose Fulbright's leading Banking and Finance group in Melbourne. Working as part of a fast growing, collaborative and supportive team, you'll gain exposure to a diverse mix of high quality banking and finance matters in Australia and internationally, presenting an excellent career development opportunity.

Norton Rose Fulbright's Banking and Finance group includes some of the leading banking and finance lawyers in Australia. Clients include the major Australian and international banks, top tier corporates, investment banks, fund managers, private capital providers and professional trustees. Working closely with Scott Millar and you will be working on:
• Corporate and acquisition finance
• Real estate investment and development finance
• Securitisation
• Private debt and special situations
• Specialised finance such as Islamic finance, receivables, trade, supply chain and asset based lending

We are looking for:
• Demonstrated experience working on banking and finance transactions gained at a reputable national or international law firm, or in-house at a leading financial institution
• Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality and good work ethic
• A respectful and collegiate attitude to colleagues and client
• 2+ years post qualification experience
