Associate Director - Real Estate Investments & Partnerships

A leading investment and real estate platform is looking to appoint an Associate Director to support the execution and ongoing management of complex real estate transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.



This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing investment team responsible for structuring, executing, and managing large-scale real estate investments across a diversified portfolio.



Key Responsibilities




Lead the structuring and execution of real estate investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Support negotiations with institutional investors, developers, operators, and financial partners.
Develop commercial and financial structures for acquisitions, partnerships, and investment vehicles.
Manage post-acquisition activities, ensuring successful implementation of transaction terms and governance frameworks.
Work closely with legal, finance, asset management, and development teams to deliver complex transactions.
Review transaction documentation, shareholder agreements, JV agreements, and investment structures.
Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct commercial due diligence, and identify transaction risks.
Monitor existing partnerships and recommend value creation initiatives throughout the investment lifecycle.
Prepare investment papers and presentations for senior management and investment committees.


Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
12+ years of experience within real estate investments, private equity real estate, investment management, or corporate development.
Demonstrated experience structuring complex real estate transactions and joint ventures.
Strong understanding of investment structuring, SPVs, shareholder agreements, and partnership models.
Experience managing investments beyond acquisition, including governance, restructuring, and value creation initiatives.
Excellent financial modelling and commercial analysis skills.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
