Job Role / Responsibilities

For this role your key responsibilities will be to provide direct support to Construction Managers by monitoring project schedules, identifying delays, and documenting milestones. Manage and oversee subcontractor compliance, mobilization/demobilization, and post-work assessment. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure smooth project operations. Ensure quality control through inspections, site audits, and compliance verification. Support lead technicians by reviewing and validating punch list items before project completion. Utilize project management software (e.g., Procore, SAP, Microsoft Excel) to track site progress and documentation. Assist with contractor evaluations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

For this role the client that ewi recruitment is working with have a minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree or advanced technical certification in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Experience in wind, energy, industrial, or civil construction.

Rate per hour

This will be a contract role paying $25 dollars per hour - $35 dollars per hour + Per diem + Allowance
