Cadmus, LLC is seeking a Water Infrastructure Financial and Policy Analyst to support contracts with the EPA on drinking water and infrastructure resilience. What You'll Be Doing

As a dedicated and enthusiastic Water Infrastructure Financial and Policy Analyst, you will become an integral part of Cadmus' expanding team, supporting significant contracts with the EPA and other government agencies on critical drinking water, water quality, and infrastructure resilience issues. Responsibilities

Conducting policy and financial analysis related to drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure financing, sustainability, and resilience.

Providing analytical support on infrastructure grant programs designed to assist the EPA and state initiatives aiming to enhance access to clean drinking water, address lead service line replacements, and bolster the resilience of water systems across the nation.

Performing data analyses and literature reviews to inform policy development, improve processes, and evaluate the consequences of policy decisions.

Contributing to project management efforts:

Engaging in strategic initiatives that advance client objectives.

Overseeing analyses and deliverables for EPA and other government clients.

Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across various projects.

Facilitating communication and planning across projects and teams.

Assisting multiple project managers as needed.

Writing or editing reports, case studies, presentations, and guidance documents.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should embody professionalism, demonstrate academic and career excellence, and maintain a robust work ethic. You should be eager to learn and excel, capable of both collaborative and independent work, detail-oriented, and comfortable with public speaking. Strong research, oral and written communication, and analytical skills are essential to fulfilling Cadmus' commitment to client satisfaction.

A BA/BS with 5 years of experience in environmental management, public policy, public administration, finance, economics, municipal administration, or a related field OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

Familiarity with statistical, financial, and economic methods applicable to policy analysis. Knowledge of public financing principles and common instruments is advantageous.

Proficient at conducting research and analyzing data to support substantial reports and analyses.

Exceptional writing and communication skills; ability to produce clear, accessible reports for diverse audiences. Public speaking experience is a plus.

Proficient with Excel and other software for data analysis.

Experience with programming in R, Python, SQL, Visual Basic, HTML, and/or using STATA or MATLAB is highly desirable.

Demonstrated project management experience with a focus on high-quality deliverables.

Willingness to travel domestically as required.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The minimum starting salary for this role is $70,000. The actual salary may be higher, depending on relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
